Administrative Endowments

David & Marjorie Barrett Family Operations Endowment – Established in 2003 to provide support for the operations of the Franklin County Community Foundation. 

Fred and Margaret Chappelow Operations Endowment Fund – Established 1999 by Fred and Margaret Chappelow to fund operating expenses of the Franklin County Community Foundation. 

FCCF Board of Directors Operating Endowment – Established 2010 anonymously to honor past and current FCCF Board Members and to fund operating expenses of the Franklin County Community Foundation. 

FCCF Operating Endowment – Supports the operations and continued excellence of the Franklin County Community Foundation. 

Mullin Cooney Family Endowment – Established in 2009 by Marty Mullin and Tom Cooney to provide support for the operations of the Franklin County Community Foundation.
