Arts Endowments

Whitewater Valley Community Library District Art Endowment – Established in 2002 by Mary Lucille Fritz and Dennis Fritz in honor of their mother, Hazel Fritz, a teacher.  The endowment will fund the purchase, display, maintenance and restoration of artwork with a preference for Franklin County and Indiana artists in the libraries of the Whitewater Valley Community Library District
