Education Endowments

Raymond H. and Leo C. Amrhein Family Fund – Established in 2003 to enhance the technological education of students at St. Michael School by providing financial support for technological education. 

Brookville Elementary School Tutoring Endowment – Established in 2004 in memory of Loretta Renaker, a former teacher, this endowment provides funding for students in need of academic assistance at Brookville Elementary School. 

Harvey-Osborn Franklin County Historical Society Endowment Fund– Established in 2002 by the Franklin County Historical Society Board of Directors from the Augusta Harvey Trust, this fund will provide an annual grant to a project or event promoting historical education in Franklin County. 

McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital Education Endowment – Established in 2006 by an anonymous donor, this endowment provides funds for continuing education credits for Franklin County employees of McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital. 

Dr. and Mrs. Elmer Peters Endowment – Established in 2003 to honor Mrs. Peters’ 80th birthday.  The fund benefits St. Michael School and the Franklin County historical Society’s Old Brick Church equally.
